Things you will need:
- Chicken- boneless, skinless (I will pound it out so it will remain tender while cooking)
- Chili Powder
- Olive Oil
- Corn Tortillas
- Fresh or canned Pineapple- sliced
- Cilantro- chopped
- Tomatoes- sliced
- Avocado - sliced (optional)
- Limes - sliced
- Sour Cream (optional)
- Hot sauce - I like Cholula (optional)
While your chicken is broiling, chop cilantro, slice pineapple, tomatoes, avocados, and limes. Sometimes I place it in separate glass containers (as shown below). This will make it easier to store in the refrigerator once you have finished your meal. Heat up as many corn tortillas you will need for your meal. Once you are finished you can add each ingredient to your corn tortillas.
